Cancellation Policy

50% of paid registration fees will be returned (after deduction of any related transaction fees) if the cancellation is made on/before 15 August 2024.

No refund will be given if cancellation is made after15 August 2024.

Please contact ieeerobio2023@gmail.com if you want to cancel your registration. Please include [REGISTRATION] at the beginning of your email's subject line.
